Mario Party: Island Tour (マリオパーティアイランドツアー, Mario Pāti Airando Tsuā) is a Nintendo 3DS game developed by Nd Cube and published by Nintendo. It is the twelfth installment in the Mario Party series and the third installment for the Nintendo 3DS. The game features a variety of minigames and board games that can be played with up to four players. Players can customize their own Mii characters and take part in a variety of game modes, including the main story mode, Bowser's Tower, and the minigame-packed Challenge Tower. In the main story mode, players take part in a series of minigames and board games in order to reach the end of the island. Along the way, they can collect coins, stars, and other items to help them in their quest. Bowser's Tower is a single-player mode in which players must battle their way through the tower, defeating enemies and collecting stars. The Challenge Tower is a series of minigames that can be played in either single-player or multiplayer mode. Mario Party: Island Tour features over 80 minigames and board games, each with its own unique objective. The game also features a variety of power-ups and items that can be used to give players an advantage in the game. Additionally, the game features StreetPass support, allowing players to exchange items and compete against each other in minigames.
