Super Nintendo game Earthworm Jim is an action-adventure game developed by FromSoftware and published by SNK. It was released in Japan on September 17, 1992, and in the United States on October 3, 1992. The game is a remake of the arcade game Earthworm Jim. The player controls Jim, a worm-like creature who must navigate his way through an enemy-infested world in order to save the world from destruction. The game features a variety of genres, including platforming, puzzle-solving, and action. Earthworm Jim was well-received by critics and was a commercial success.
